The Oberoi in Dubai is one of 21 hotels from The Oberoi Group of hotels and resorts. Their luxury hotels reach as far and wide as Indonesia, India, Mauritius, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, with upcoming hotels in Morocco and Ajman. Located in Business Bay and a 12-minute drive from Dubai Mall, The Oberoi was our home for three nights.
In a previous blog post, we featured our two-night stay in a Deluxe City View Room at The Oberoi. On our third night we transferred to a Deluxe Suite.
Deluxe Suite With Private Balcony
Situated on the 11th floor, our Deluxe Suite was tucked away at the end of the hallway. As we entered there was a long corridor and a receiving area and immediately we can tell that this suite will be huge.
Covering 135 square metres, the suite features an elegant master bedroom with a king bed, a dining area for four people, a living area, and an office desk. In the photo above, the door on the left leads to the master bedroom. The first door on the right side leads to the powder room and toilet; and next to it at the end of the hallway leads to the living space.
Our suite came full-blast honeymoon-ready, with a bunch of red balloons waiting for us at the end of the hallway! It was the sweetest thing. In our bedroom was all the coloured balloons in the world plus swan towels with rose petals. Heading to the living room, the coffee table had romantic treats: a bowl of fruits, flowers, rose petals across the table, and a beautiful cake that says ‘Congratulations!’ - The Oberoi proved to be consistent on that! Everything was perfect. To arrive in your hotel room and already feel pampered without even crashing the bed just yet was just lovely.
The Italian marble bathroom was very spacious with dual vanity counters and separate glass-panelled shower. It comes with a toilet and a bidet, too. The full-length standalone bathtub was already prepared with a warm bath with rose petals and all! It was simply amazing - we were so spoiled!
The style and decor of the suite is no different from our Deluxe City View Room. What makes the suite completely stand out is how big it is, the largest hotel room we’ve ever stayed at! And the views? We get two! The floor-to-ceiling windows at the living area where the office space is has a pool view whereas from the bedroom is a breathtaking view of Burj Khalifa.
The private balcony is undeniably massive, you can totally host a party with this much space! And again with a perfect view of Burj Khalifa.
Our room is also equipped with a 24-hour personal butler.
